West Brom are looking for their third manager of the season.
West Brom are back on the hunt for a new manager after sacking Tony Mowbray just three months into his second spell in charge.
The Baggies' bank holiday Monday defeat to relegation-threatened Derby County all but ended their promotion hopes - they are now six points off the top six in 10th place with just league matches still to play.
Mowbray was reappointed as head coach after Carlos Corberan left for Valencia. The now 42-year-old Spaniard had been at the Hawthorns since October 2022, taking the club from second bottom of the Championship to the brink of the playoffs in 2023.
Mowbray's second coming at the Hawthorns started almost 16 years after he left for Celtic in June 2009. He managed just five wins in his 18 games in charge, falling three spots from 7th to 10th in the process.

Who is the favourite to be the next West Brom manager?
Gary O'Neil (3/1 on BetVictor) is the early favourite with the bookmakers to replace Tony Mowbray as West Brom manager. O'Neil was sacked by Wolves in December following a 2-1 home loss to Ipswich which left the club four points from safety.

In his time with Wolves this season, his side conceded at least six more goals (40) than any other Premier League team (14 from deadball situations), scoring just 24 from an overperformance of 4.74 versus the expected goals.
O'Neil's biggest rival in the next West Brom manager market as the Mowbray news breaks is Steve Cooper (4/1), another to have lost his Premier League job in the current season. Cooper was shown the door by Leicester in November after a four-game winless run left the Foxes just two points above the drop zone.
Fastforward five months and Leicester's subsequent form probably shines a more positive light on Cooper's work in the first few months of the season. The Foxes' relegation was confirmed this weekend with five matches still to play.
Third in the market is Liam Rosenior (5/1), a man mooted as a possible replacement for Ivan Juric at Premier League basement boys Southampton.
A former professional player, Rosenior’s managerial career has been on the rise since taking charge of Hull City, where he led them to a seventh-place finish in the Championship.
He bounced back quickly from a surprise sacking at Hull, taking Strasbourg to contention for the top four in Ligue 1 this season after they had finished 13th under Patrick Vieira in 2023/24.
